Finally Miss USA 2011 Pageant was won by Alyssa Campanella.She beat 51 contestants to won this prestigious title at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on the Las Vegas Strip.
She will now represent USA in Miss Universe Pageant that is scheduled to held in Brazil Later this year.Campanella who originally hails from New Jersey but now lives in Los Angeles
"I understand why that question would be asked, especially with today's economy, but I also understand that medical marijuana is very important to help those who need it medically," Campanella said.
"I'm not sure if it should be legalized, if it would really affect, with the drug war. I mean, it's abused today, unfortunately, so that's the only reason why I would kind of be a little bit against it, but medically it's OK."
Ashley Durham, Miss Tennessee, was the first runner-up in Sunday night's competition. Contestants from Alabama and Texas placed third and fourth.

Kaylin is employed by the NBA and NHL as a member of The Atlanta Hawks Cheerleaders as well as The Atlanta Thrashers Blue Crew. You might have recently seen Kaylin on your television, as she was a contestant on the hit NBC show "Minute To Win It" during their "Girls of Summer" series. She is a classically trained ballet dancer who exclusively studied the Vaganova method under ballet great Pavel Rotaru.
Additionally, Kaylin continued her dance studies in Philadelphia at the prestigious Rock School under Christopher Fleming. She is a Communications major at Georgia Perimeter College and plans on furthering her education once she completes her reign as Miss Georgia USA. Kaylin coaches and mentors the Atlanta Hawks Junior Dance Team, a program designed specifically to promote self-esteem, pride, commitment, and discipline among young dancers through mentoring. Kaylin has traveled throughout the southeast as an advocate for various organizations including the philanthropic foundations of The Atlanta Hawks, The Atlanta Braves and The Atlanta Thrashers to assist in meeting the immediate and long term needs of GeorgiaÕs local communities. Kaylin's mother was born with the physical disability Spina Bifida and because of this she is especially inspired to encourage children, teens and adults with physical disabilities (and their families) to reach for the stars, because, NOTHING is impossible!

Katie is a junior studying at the University of Delaware, where she is majoring in Criminal Justice. Upon graduation from college her goal is to ultimately become a Delaware State Trooper. She is the daughter of Donna Fournier, a Nutrition teacher in the Christina School District.
Achieving the title of Miss Delaware USA has been a dream come true for Katie. She loves interfacing with people, which is evident in how she utilizes her spare time. During her spare time, and between study sessions, Katie maintains two jobs. She works as a waitress at Outback Steakhouse in Newark, Delaware; this allows her to meet and interact with new people on a daily basis. In addition, she works at the Variety Club (The Children's Charity) instructing high school children with a wide range of disabilities.
Katie is elated about representing her birth state of Delaware at the national level, as well as participating in local community charity events. When she competes at MISS USA her ultimate goal is to win the Miss USA title and her personal goal is to place within the top five finalists. In the history of this pageant, this is something that has yet to happen for State of Delaware. She feels as though she can make this dream become a reality.
Katie's favorite vacation spot is Riviera Maya, Mexico, where she enjoyed a trip of a life time this past summer with her best friend (her mom). She had an opportunity to zip-line through the Mexican terrain, snorkel in the underground caves, and parasail across the aqua blue ocean. In her leisure time she enjoys many physical activities, which include, going for a run with her dog Lola, biking with her mom, going to the gym as she prepares for the police academy, and spending time at the beach.
